At GO Outdoors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all technical tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached, and include the completed return form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location or GO Outdoors storefront.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
