An extra wide viewing angle makes the light really bright, without dazzling drivers, and the progressive optics help spread the light more than 180 degrees. This gives you effective side visibility which illuminates both yourself, and the road around you.
There are no switches on the light and instead it uses motion gestures to turn on and off. Not only does this ensure an effective seal against the weather, but it's especially handy for the colder Winter months when you are wearing gloves.
